| What is red book valuation ? RICS recognizes the importance of flexibility, ensuring that members can reasonably meet their CPD requirements. Members have an entire calendar year, from January 1st to December 31st, to complete their CPD hours. Additionally, you have until January 31st of the following year to submit your CPD records. For example, if you're in the 2023 cycle, you have from January 1st, 2023, to December 31st, 2023, to accumulate your CPD hours.
